Premier Modular is a leading provider of leasing and permanent modular solutions in the UK and Europe. Premier primarily serves the medium to long term needs for essential infrastructure, including education, healthcare and public infrastructure, as well as various commercial applications. The business combines its experience of delivering highly bespoke, permanent buildings with its large, premium modular fleet to offer flexible solutions that meet the needs of end users, such as students, teachers, patients, medical staff and other workers, in an effective manner.
Pricoa initially supported sponsor Cabot Square Capital’s acquisition and carveout in 2021. As part of the recent transaction, we provided additional debt financing to support sponsor MML Capital Partners’ investment in the business alongside re-investment from Cabot Square Capital.

Ground Control, headquartered in Billericay, Essex, offers a comprehensive range of environmentally-led grounds maintenance services, arboriculture work, winter maintenance and landscape construction. The business has full nationwide coverage, with 1,200 employees and 1,000 contractors, and has established itself as a trusted partner for prominent UK organisations including Network Rail, Sainsbury's, Tesco, National Grid, Severn Trent Water, and The Environment Agency.
Pricoa supported an ownership transition, with existing members of the management team Jason Knights (Managing Director) and Brian Smith (Group Sales and Marketing Director) acquiring a significant shareholding in the company.
